Usually a 41 would convert to a US 10, and length-wise that may be true, but they run a little narrow (like most Italian made shoes), so keep that in mind.   Key Features & Description: Upper: Super Soft metallic Champagne leather with twisted/gathered straps that create the draped, folded asymmetrical texture over the foot you noticed.
